Imagine the fun that could be had if two American teenagers found a watch which could effectively freeze time for everyone but you. It would render you effectively invisible and free to do what you like to whomever you like, or dislike as the case may be. Then throw in the twist that there is a government agency after you and that nobody believes that this watch exists! It could be so much fun and this family film pulls it off to perfection. Despite a few minor inconsistencies the film is almost scientifically correct (in a sci-fi way) but then it's one for the young and young at heart.
