Scott Pilgrim (played by Michael Cera) is a bit of a computer game nerd. He plays in a small band with his friends. He starts dating a girl but soon meets someone else whom he becomes obsessed with.

Initially she doesn't want to know him, but soon warms to him a bit, but its then that his life seems to go a little strange. He starts being attacked by the girl's exes, who have formed a league. Only if he defeats them can they date - but since they seem to all have special powers, that is no easy feat.

This is a hysterically funny film which appeals to my love of all things random. His life increasingly becomes like a computer game as he defeats them one by one. It's a really good concept and a really under-rated film.

One you should all go out and see.
