Shia LaBoeuf (the guy from Transformers and the latest Indiana Jones) isnt overly ambitious as a person. He makes his money winning against his co-workers, the staff of the local copy place.
His twin brother, however, works for the millitary. He was going places, though the only place he's going now is the mortuary since last night he was killed on his way home from work - an accident.
When our hero, suddenly finds a load of extra money in his account and that his apartment is full of all the ingredients for a home made bomb he is shocked to receieve a tip off. Understandably confused and now in deep trouble he finds himself in police custody, only to be freed when a crane crashes into the office he is in.
Meanwhile, another innocent civilian gets a phone call telling her that if she complies, her son will be fine. She reluctantly agrees and soon finds herself racing through traffic with the main guy.
This film is a little far fetched but is full of action and has a coherent storyline. In places the film felt like Die Hard 4.0, at others like The Matrix or even I,Robot. The nice thing was how it kept you guessing and on the edge of your seat.
It could be that this film becomes less appealing after successive watches but I left the cinema happy that I'd seen it and would certainly consider buying it on video in the future. See this.
