Nemo is the only surviving fish out of a family of hundreds. His father who is left without his wife just days before the eggs were due to hatch becomes scared and neurotic refusing to let anything happen to Nemo.
On Nemo's first day of school, a dare sees Nemo kidknapped by a human diver who takes him to his dental practice. His father chases after the boat to no avail and enlists the help of a small blue fish called Doreen (voiced by Ellen Degeneres) with the charming trait that she has no short term memory. This makes here character the funniest one in the film by a long way. The journey sees them facing all the dangers that the ocean has to offer, from jellyfish to sharks, unexploded mines and much more.
Finding Nemo was created by the same awardwinning team who are responsible for Toy Story's 1 and 2 and their effects are still brilliant. The only thing I can remember being bad about this is the annimated human beings, despite improvements to the process, they still cant seem to get them right. Maybe it's deliberate so that they don't do human actors out of a job, or maybe they already have!
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable film for all the family, if you haven't seen it then do and soon.
