A few years ago, after a scientific experiment went wrong, Bruce Bana was transformed into the very strong and very angry Hulk. The metamorphosis occurs whenever he becomes angry and with the US army chasing him, attempting to use his DNA to produce super soldiers, he has a lot of reason to be angry.
When they track him down and send an elite army unit to capture him he has to come back to his home town to get some data off the university computers and he eventually comes accross his ex-lover (played by the beautiful Liv Tyler).
But his presence in town leaves her in danger both from his green alter-ego and the army who will stop at nothing to capture him - even accidentally producing another monster for him to battle.
In terms of action, this film was great and the story itself - monsters aside - was relatively plausibly. Attractive though she was, her performance was less than brilliant and the plot was shallow at best. Having said that, however, sometimes less is more and at least they didn't try to do too much like in other recent Comic book sequels like X-men: The Last Stand and Spider-man 3.
If you like action, then you'd probably love this and with another end of movie teaser, it would seem Marvel is trying to build up hype for a big collaborative comic book movie in a few years time.
