Occasionally Disney create classic kids movies, rarely do they create one that both young and young at heart can enjoy together. In this one they succeeded.

In a world where superheroes not only exist, but have been around so long that they have to have a special school for their kids - Sky High is that school.

But High School is just as hard for 'super-kids' as it is for your average kid, if not harder. At least at a regular school the bullies won't literally burn you to cinders if you refuse to give them your lunch money.

What is even harder to bear is being classified as a "side-kick" just because your powers haven't surfaced yet, if they ever will. Your parents expect you to literally fly through school, and become the third member of their crime fighting team. Then there's girls and the whole who to take to the dance problem (Yes, a typical American High School).

The nice thing about this movie is how light hearted it is, not unlike Scooby Doo in that respect. It's full of jokes and feel good scenes, but also comic book style action (like X-Men or Spider-Man) and also a little romance for the girls ;o)

All in all this is a great movie. Go rent it if you can.
