Steven Spielburg (famous for E.T. and Saving Private Ryan to name but a few) is back with another science fiction classic. With effects rivalling The Matrix it has made big bucks in America but does it have the same impact, after all we’ve all seen science fictions before.
So on this occasion, Spielburg hired the best people in every field and got them to predict the technology that will be around in eighty years time. The film is about a new system where the police can predict a murder and a murderer before it happens and then stop it. The system has a 100% success rate until one of it’s law enforcement officers appears as a future killer, the following week.
As would be expected, he runs and avoids capture only because he knows the system. He’s been framed, or at least that’s what he believes, but how can you be framed when the killer is seen by a psychic?
Great effects and completely weird futuristic predictions alongside a storyline that keeps you guessing make this a must see movie.
