Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro return in the sequel to slapstick comedy Meet the Parents. Following the shenanigans of the last film 'Gaylord'(Stiller) has finally been offered a place in his ex-CIA agent future father-in-law's (De Niro) circle of trust.
Now its time that her parents meet his parents. His parents are quite different to hers. His Mum is a sex guru and his father's a house husband despite having trained as a lawyer, but when Stiller's ex-lover appears on the scene with a 15 year old son, accusations start to fly.
As with most comedies of recent years, there is quite a lot of sexual innuendo, though most of it subtle enough for children to miss. If anyone claimed that there was no storyline, then they must have been watching a different film. It didn't even fall into the trap most sequels fall into, effectively reordering the same old scenes. It was almost as if this sequel was planned!
